UV WAND – Perfect for Curing Inside Hollow Prints
The UV Wand was inspired by customers like you who asked for a solution to cure the inside of hollow prints. Even after an IPA wash, uncured resin remains in a caustic state, gradually eroding the inner surface walls. Over time, this can lead to surface tension cracks on the top layer, compromising the integrity of your print. We recommend the inner walls to be 4mm thick without any supported mesh inside the hollow cavity it doesn't really do anything accept trap more resin. Your drain holes being 5mm and your air holes close enough to place both end of the wand into the cavity area. Leave it in as long as you can, move the wand different layers and positions it can cure area of 30mm diameter area at a time. so do move the wand different locations of the hollowed model to get every area cured.
