RESIN VAT PUMP NO POWER
Our latest product, the resin vat pump, will come in black or white. Power adapter not included. Can be powered with VATBAND power adapter 3A or 5A you can add a splitter to power same time this option is good when you buy a 5A for maximum power get pump running super fast and power the rest of the product equally fast.
Our 16 inch tube is custom-made, chemical-resistant connected to the smaller end, and the tube in the vacuum pump can be removed for servicing. The basic service is that we recommend running IPA alcohol after each use to remove any resin left behind. We decided to go with a clear tube to visually see if anything may obstruct the passage; however, the light in the room or window can slowly cause the resin inside to dry. Accessories included: 1- Tube holder 2- Tube boot can go at the end of the tube filtering out large particles 3- Vacuum Squeegee 4- silicone tube with connector

Connect one power source to 2 or 3 3D resin printers using a splitter. To get the most out of your power source we have provided you with our lage format 12V3A power supply that will power 2 MONO X medium size 3D printers using the 2 splitter or 3 small format Mars, photon or Sonic Mini 4k 3D resin printers with a 3 way splitter.

TVB-161 20 inches 508mm KIT INCLUDES 3A POWER
ThermalVATBAND is a simple adhesive tape 20 inches long by 1 inch 508mm when applied to a 3D resin printer VAT, will maintain an ideal temperature for your photopolymer resin, despite the ambient temperature. ThermalVATBAND regulates temperature using two smart thermostats that can be easily attached and are safe to the touch. Using ThermalBand is efficient and cost-effective, with only 12 watts of power costing significantly less than any heater on the market.
- Vatband uses a solid silicone wire, making it durable when an acrylic cover is placed on top.
- Vatband does not have to cover 100% of your VAT; you can still maintain the required heat because the Z axis mixes the resin to ensure homogeneous heat coverage. (See infrared imaging.)
One power source can power up to three VATBANDS using a splitter. When sharing one power adapter with three VATBANDS, be mindful that power is distributed equally and maximum power should not exceed 3 on the power band. If you see the power adapter light blink, you should turn down the power until it stops blinking. Because the power is shared, your maximum temperature will range from 75°F to 80°F, whereas one powered VATBAND can reach up to 90°F, and you can use the power adapter to its full capacity.
