UV WAND – Perfect for Curing Inside Hollow Prints
The UV Wand was inspired by customers like you who asked for a solution to cure the inside of hollow prints. Even after an IPA wash, uncured resin remains in a caustic state, gradually eroding the inner surface walls. Over time, this can lead to surface tension cracks on the top layer, compromising the integrity of your print. We recommend the inner walls to be 4mm thick without any supported mesh inside the hollow cavity it doesn't really do anything accept trap more resin. Your drain holes being 5mm and your air holes close enough to place both end of the wand into the cavity area. Leave it in as long as you can, move the wand different layers and positions it can cure area of 30mm diameter area at a time. so do move the wand different locations of the hollowed model to get every area cured.
RESIN 2 PASTE powder
RESIN 2 PASTE is a food-grade powder thickening agent utilized across various industries, including cosmetics, food processing, and medicine. Magnetic-LED M2 with 20in – 508mm VATBAND ONLY
The latest version of your VATBAND now includes an LED light power indicator and improved features such as a larger contact point and a stronger magnet. The previous 360-degree pivoting male head has been replaced with a solid core direct contact for enhanced durability during daily use. The VATBAND is 20 inches long and 1 inch wide, and it still uses the same power supply and connection that is compatible with all versions.
It's possible to split the power source of the ThermalVATBAND band and share it with another VAT band or a bottle warmer, allowing up to two products to be powered at the same time.
- Includes accessories pack ( sticker over VATBAND and thermostat sticker that can be applied directly on TVB (consider the fact that the temperature will be higher outside versus the resin inside by approximately 5 degrees). TVB-M3 Magnetic-LED is 34 inches 860mm VATBAND ONLY
The Thermalvatband measures 33 inches by 1 inch (83.82 centimeters) and features a NEW magnetic quick-release mechanism. This allows you to easily detach the vat without the need to unplug the power. Additionally, we have enhanced the metal filament size to improve conductivity for faster performance. The magnetic power contact reduces the risk of arcing, providing added safety and efficiency.
- Includes an accessory pack (sticker over the VATBAND and an extra sticker for the thermostat (aluminum tape), a thermometer, and a scuff pad to clean the VAT before application. All VATBANDS are compatible with older versions of power adapter and including 5A adapter.
- You may have to place a 1/8-inch diameter hole in the back of your case to allow power access.
